计及电转气的电–气互联综合能源系统削峰填谷研究 被引量:188

摘要 作为未来能源利用的重要形式,电–气互联综合能源系统同样受到高渗透率新能源的威胁。电转气技术的能量转换和时空平移特性为新能源消纳和负荷削峰填谷提供了有效途径。提出一种削峰填谷模型,通过电转气和燃气轮机协调作用平滑电–气互联综合能源系统净负荷曲线,并兼顾系统运行的经济性。算例采用修改的IEEE39节点电力网络与比利时20节点天然气网络耦合系统,分析比较4种场景下的风电消纳能力、净负荷波动情况和系统运行成本,验证了电转气和该文所提削峰填谷模型能够有效平抑净负荷波动并提高系统风电消纳能力。最后分析削峰填谷目标的经济折算系数对削峰填谷效果的影响。 As an important form of the future energy utilization, integrated electricity and natural-gas energy systems is also threatened by renewable energy with high penetration. The power-to-gas (P2G) technique, which has the properties of energy conversion and space-time translation, provides an effective way for renewable energy accommodation and peak load shifting. This paper proposed a peak load shifting model to smooth the net load curve of integrated electricity and natural-gas energy systems by coordinating effect of P2G and gas-fired generators. This model took the economy of the system operation into account simultaneously. The integrated system of the modified IEEE39-node electric network and the Belgian 20-node gas network was accommodated for the test case. The effectiveness of P2G and the proposed model had been verified by analyzing and comparing the ability of wind power accommodation, net load fluctuations and system operation cost in four scenarios. P2G and the proposed peak load shifting model can effectively restrain the net load fluctuations and increase the ability of wind power accommodation. Finally, the effect of economy coefficient on peak load shifting had been further analyzed.
