地名是非物质文化遗产。地名是我国传统文化的组成部分。地名的命名应遵循特色原则、简明原则、稳定原则和团结原则。"四原则"是互相关联的整体。处理地名争议时,应在尊重事实的前提下尽量争取双赢的效果。

Geographical names are intangible cultural heritage, as well as parts of Chinese traditional culture. The naming of geographical names should follow the principles of characteristic, concise, stability and solidarity. The four principles are interrelated as a whole.
