晶化温度对油页岩渣微晶玻璃抗折强度和耐腐蚀性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以油页岩渣、电石渣为主要原料制备了全固废微晶玻璃。采用DTA、XRD、SEM等测试手段,分析研究了不同晶化温度对油页岩渣微晶玻璃微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明:最佳晶化温度为950℃,得到的微晶玻璃主晶相为绿辉石和硅灰石,次晶相为霓石和普通辉石,微观结构致密,晶粒呈长条状集聚分布,抗折强度为210 MPa,耐腐蚀性能较好。 A type of all solid waste glass-ceramics was prepared with oil shale residue and carbide slag as principal raw materials. Effects of crystallization temperature on microstructure and performance of the glass-ceramics were analyzed by using means of DTA,XRD,SEM and other test methods. The results shows that at the optimal crystallization temperature of 950 ℃, the main crystal phases in the glass-ceramics are omphacite and wollastonite, the secondary crystal phases are aegirine and augite with the structure of long strip. The microstructure of the above material was dense with flexural strength of 210 MPa and good corroision resistance.
