The Development and Suggestions of Wisdom Medical and Its Related Industry

目的:推进健康中国建设,促进智慧医疗技术更好地服务于广大人民。方法:广泛查阅文献,归纳当前智慧医疗建设发展中所存在的问题,结合德尔斐法提出相关建议。结果:我国智慧医疗建设存在缺乏政府立法和宏观指导、标准和规范建立滞后、信息安全、隐私保护建设等问题。结论:出台相关法规政策,加强顶层设计、多主体融合推进、高度重视信息安全建设、加快核心技术研发及产业化。

Objective： To promote healthy China construction and promote the wisdom medical technology to serve people better. Methods： Extensive access to literature to sum up the current problems in the development of the wisdom medical, and combined with the Delphi law to make recommendations. Results： There is a lack of government legislation and macroscopic guidance, standards and norms to establish lag, information security, privacy protection and so on. Conclusion： The introduction of relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the top design, multi-subject integration to promote, attach great importance to information security, speed up the core technology research and development and industrialization.
