摘要
全面论述了工业可燃性粉尘爆炸的研究现状,分别从实验和理论研究两个方面对粉尘爆炸的国内外研究现状和研究成果进行了总结。首先介绍了粉尘爆炸的发生、发展过程和对粉尘爆炸机理的认识,从粉尘爆炸特性参数影响因素方面总结了粉尘爆炸的实验研究;其次,阐述了数值模拟在粉尘爆炸中的应用和粉尘爆炸模型的建立情况,最后简单介绍了目前的粉尘爆炸防护措施和消防措施;分析了粉尘爆炸研究现状的不足之处,并提出将来的发展方向,同时指出了研究粉尘爆炸的意义。
Research development on explosion of industrial combustible dust was reviewed comprehensively. Experimental and theoretical research achievements were summarized and analyzed. Firstly,the occurrence and development of dust explosion and the understanding of its mechanism were introduced,and the experimental research of dust explosion was summarized from the factors of characteristic parameters. Secondly,the application of numerical simulation and the development of mathematical model in dust explosion were described. Finally,the current protection measures and fire preventing of dust explosion were briefly introduced. The shortcomings for the present research were analyzed and future research trend was also put forward. Meanwhile,the research significance of dust explosion was pointed out.
