摘要
在建筑项目的运维阶段内引入BIM技术,对于建筑业信息化管理具有重要的意义。该文在总结了传统的运维管理现状的基础上,引入融合BIM技术在项目运维阶段中可以高效地解决在运维阶段内信息管理、设备管理等问题,推动了BIM技术在建筑全寿命周期内的应用。
The BIM technology in the construction projects at the operational and maintenance phase is of great importance for the informatization management of the construction industry. Based on the summary of the traditional operation and maintenance situations, this paper proves that the introduction of BIM technology to the operation and maintenance phase can effectively solve relevant problems like information management and equipment management and promote the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of buildings.
