基于“职业性”特征的建设类高职校园文化建设——以重庆建筑工程职业学院为例

Campus Culture Construction in Higher Vocational College in Architecture Based on "Characteristics of Occupation"

高职教育文化因其独特的"职业性"而与普通高校校园文化有所不同。该文以作者供职的高职学校为例,探索基于"职业性"特征的高职校园文化内涵及建设路径。该文认为,可以通过校企文化对接与所在区域文化相融合等途径,实现基于企业文化的大学精神文化,基于校企合作的职业行为文化与区域文化融合的校园物质文化,建立提升学生职业素养的校园文化品牌,从而突显高职校园文化的"职业性"特征。

The educational culture of higher vocational education differs from that of ordinary colleges for its unique ＂characteristics of occupation＂. The author takes the college he works in as a case study to explore the cultural connotation and construction path of vocational colleges based on the characteristics of ＂occupation＂. He thinks that the spiritual culture of a college based on corporate culture, the occupational behaviour culture based on college-enterprise cooperation and the campus material culture based on the integration with local culture can be accomplished by means of college-enterprise cooperation and integration with local culture, and the campus culture brand can be also established to improve students＇ professional accomplishment, thus highlight the ＂characteristics of occupation＂ in campus culture of higher vocational college.
