摘要
由于现阶段我国工业设计行业在高速发展,然而在工业发展的同时对设计人才需求也在不断提高,因此对于工业设计教师来说,在一定程度上属于知识的主要传播者,能够正确的引导学生对工业行业有着深刻的理解,促进知识水平得到不断加强。所以作为工业设计相关教育工作人员,要具有责任,同时也要反思自己如何对专业素质进行提升,怎样对教学过程中的能力提高等,只有这样才能对教学中的质量和效果进行加强,进一步为社会培养出相对来说比较多的技能型人才。以在本文中,主要针对现代工业设计教师教学能力的提高做出全面分析研究,并且在此基础上提出下文内容,希望能够给予同行业工作人员提供一定的价值参考。
With the rapid development of China＇s industrial design industry,the demand for design talent is improving as the industry develops,so for the industrial design of teacher staff,is a direct transfer of knowledge for sowing,and also guide the students to know in this industry,the level of knowledge can help to get a certain degree of professionalism.Therefore,for the education staff of industrial design,must have a responsibility and also need to reflect on their own how to improve their professional quality and teaching ability,which can improve the quality of teaching on this basis,to cultivate more high-quality talents for the development of the society. So in this paper,mainly in the design of teachers＇ teaching ability is to improve the personnel of modern industry has made the comprehensive analysis and study,and puts forward some contents below on this basis,hoping to provide certain reference value to the same industry staff.
