民办高校辅导员的角色定位及其队伍建设分析

我国文化建设的发展,使得全国民办高校的数量不断增多,在民办高校学生的发展中,辅导员发挥着重要的角色,是学生德育教育的重要影响者,是民办高校思想教育工作的主要力量,为民办高校的发展发挥着不可替代的作用。因此要加强对民办高校辅导员的角色定位及其队伍建设,本文从民办高校辅导员的发展历程出发,针对民办高校辅导员的角色定位及其队伍建设进行研究分析。

The development of cultural construction in our country,makes the growing number of private colleges across the country,in the development of private colleges students. Counselors play an important role,is one of the important influence. Students＇ moral education is the main power in the private college ideological education work,for play an irreplaceable role in the development of private colleges. So to strengthen the role of private colleges counselors and its team construction,in this paper,starting from the development of private colleges counselors,for private colleges counselors through analyzing the role and team construction.
