信息公开 公众认同度与政府公信力的提高

摘要 客观政治环境的变化,公民意识的觉醒,导致政府公信力下降,并在世界范围内成为学术和政治焦点问题。公信力下降原因可从政治主体和客体的信息沟通角度思考,发现现今政府信息公开存在内容形式化、渠道单一化和公开差序化的问题,而信息的受众方——公众,对于政务公开的信息不了解和不满意,从信息公开和公众认同度两方面思考,提出提升政府公信力的举措,真正保障公众对政府在行政管理活动中,享有广泛的知情权和监督权,同时可以通过畅通沟通路径,广泛享有参与权,消除政府和公众之间的沟通隔阂,增强政治互信,提升政府公信力。 Objective changes in the political environment,civic consciousness,lead to decline of the government credibility,and become the focus of academic and political problems in the world. The credibility of reason can be thought from the subject and object of the political communication perspective,finds that the present open government information content form,single channel and poor public order the problem,and the information of the public audience,for open government information does not understand and not satisfied,from information disclosure and public recognition of the two aspects of thinking,put forward the measures to enhance the credibility of the government,really protect the public to the government in the administrative activities,enjoy extensive rights to know and supervise the same. Through the smooth communication path,extensive access to the right to eliminate the communication gap between the government and the public,enhance political mutual trust,enhance the credibility of the government.
