摘要
课程是决定现代学徒制效果的关键因素。基于农民工与在校学生完全不同的学习者身份特征,工作场所学习理论对农民工课程开发具有重要的指导意义。在工作场所理论指导下,重新定义农民工学徒制课程的目标,根据就业信息,由行业主导、企业主体开发课程,才能保证课程设置的合理性、课程管理的规范性和课程实施的有效性。
Curriculum is the key factor to modern apprenticeship training. Based on the different characteristics of migrant workers and students,the theory of workplace learning has an important guiding significance for the curriculum development of migrant workers. Redefining the migrant workers apprenticeship curriculum objectives,industry trades and enterprises have to play their important role in curriculum development and management to make sure the efficiency of curriculum.
