摘要
利用Moldflow模流分析软件对碳纤维超薄笔记本外壳翘曲变形的影响因素进行模拟分析,针对影响塑件翘曲变形原因如冷却不均、分子取向和收缩不均等优化方案进行仿真验证,结果表明:优化冷却水路是改善笔记本外壳翘曲变形的最有效方法。
The influential factors of the warpage for carbon fiber ultrathin notebook shell were analyzed by using Moldflow software. The optimization scheme of warpage such as cooling, molecular orientation and shrinkage were validated. The results showed that the optimization of cooling channel was the best way to improve the warpage of the notebook shell.
