摘要
地铁道岔故障处理一直是信号系统的重点工作。为构建道岔故障诊断系统,根据道岔故障类型,针对道岔电气故障展开了研究。通过对道岔启动电路、道岔表示电路原理的分析,确定道岔故障诊断所需的采集点和采集内容,研究汇集了一组道岔故障现象及故障定位的故障数据库,可对道岔三相电缺相故障、道岔启动电路故障、道岔表示电路故障进行有效定位,以方便故障排查,为道岔故障诊断系统的构建奠定了基础。
Switch fault handling is always the key in signal system maintenance. According to the fault types,the diagnosis of switch electrical fault is studied. Based on an analysis of switch starting circuit and switch indication circuit,the acquisition conditions of switch fault diagnosis are determined,by this method,the switch three-phase phase,the fault of the switch starting circuit and the fault of the switch indication circuit can be effectively located. This research makes troubleshooting convenient and lays a foundation for switch fault diagnosis system.
