大倾角工作面顶板结构特征及支架阻力确定

摘要 针对大倾角煤层采场围岩难以控制这一难题,以3313工作面为背景,理论分析了工作面倾斜方向上采场顶板结构,采用FLAC3D数值软件分析了不同推进距离下工作面矿压显现规律,结合采场顶板结构特征对支架工作阻力进行了计算。研究表明:上端头顶板首先产生拉剪破坏,导致沿倾向由下至上可划分为稳定区、弯曲下沉区和易失稳区;工作面上部应力集中系数为1.95,中部应力集中系数为1.88,下部应力集中系数为1.74,工作面中上部矿压显现剧烈;顶板来压时工作面支架工作阻力呈现出上部>中部>下部的规律,并确定了支架工作阻力为6 000 kN。 In view of the difficulty of stope surrounding rock, taking 3313 working face as background, the stope roof structure is analyzed through theoretical study and the mine pressure behavior laws of 3313 working face are analyzed by using FLAC3 D.What's more, combined with the features of stope roof structure, the support capacity is calculated. The result shows that: considering the early failure of upper beam and dip angle of coal seam, the work face can be divided into solid filling zone, surrounding stable zone and bending subsidence zone and instability zone; the stress concentration coefficient of the upper part, middle part and bottom part working face is 1.95, 1.88 and 1.74, respectively, which indicates the mine pressure behavior of upper-middle part working face is severe; when roof weighting appears, the support working resistance of upper part working face is larger than that in the middle part and the support working resistance of middle part of working face is larger than that in the bottom, besides, the support capacity of 6 000 k N is determined.
