摘要
目的探讨毛细管电泳-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定藻类中3种不同形态的铅化合物的效果。方法建立了毛细管电泳(CE)与电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用技术分析检测紫菜和海带等藻类中氯化铅(Pb(II))、氯化三甲基铅(TML)和氯化三乙基铅(TEL)等三种不同形态铅化合物的方法。结果三种铅化合物在最适CE-ICP-MS条件下20min内即可得到有效分离,3种铅化合物检出限(以铅计)为0.025~0.092ng/L,5次平行测定中,两种样品中三种铅化合物峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%。利用该方法成功对藻类中铅化合物进行了测定,加标回收率为91%~104%。结论该方法具有高效、简单、样品消耗量少等优点,为海产品的质量控制提供了科学的技术支撑。
Objective To explore the determine effect of three different types of lead compounds in algae by capillary electrophoresis - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods The study established a method, the trace Pb(II), triethyllead-chloride(TEL) and trimethyllead-chloride(TML) in seaweeds of laver and kelp were detected by capillary eleetrophoresis-induetively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(CE-ICP-MS). Results The three lead compounds can be effectively separated within 20rain under the optimal ce-icp-ms condition. The lead compound detection limit (lead meter) of three kinds were 0.025-0.092ng/L. In 5 parallel measurements, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the three lead compounds in the two samples were less than 5%. The lead compounds in algae were measured successfully by using this method, and the recovery rate was 91%-104%. Conclusion This method has the advantages of high efficiency, simple and low sample consumption, and provides scientific technical support for the quality control of seafood.
