匹多莫德在小儿慢性扁桃体炎中的临床疗效及对血清IL-4和IFN-γ的影响

Clinical effect of Pidotimod in treatment of children with chronic tonsillitis and its effect on serum IL-4 and IFN-γ

目的探讨匹多莫德用于小儿慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效及对患儿血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的影响。方法 108例慢性扁桃体炎患儿随机分为观察组(n=54)与对照组(n=54),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用匹多莫德治疗,对比两组患儿治疗有效率、治疗后发作频率及治疗前后血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平的变化。结果观察组有效率为92.6%,显著高于对照组的77.8%(P<0.05),治疗后1年内观察组发作次数显著少于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗前血清IL-4、IFN-γ水平比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后IL-4显著降低、IFN-γ水平显著增高(P<0.01),且治疗后观察组血清IL-4显著低于对照组、IFN-γ显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论匹多莫德用于小儿慢性扁桃体炎的治疗,能够提高治疗效果,减少复发次数,同时能够有效改善患儿的机体免疫功能,促进病情恢复。

Objective To explore clinical effect of pidotimod in treatment of children with chronic tonsillitis and its effect on serum interleukin 4 （IL-4） and interferon- γ （IFN- γ ）. Methods 108 children with chronic tonsillitis were randomly divided into the observation group （n=54） and the control group （n=54）. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment while the observation group was additionally given pidotimod for treatment at basis of the control group. Effective rate of treatment, seizure frequency after treatment and changes of serum IL-4 and IFN- γ before and after treatment of patients in two groups were compared. Results The effective rate in the observation group was 92.6%, significantly higher than that in the control group 77.8% （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, seizure times in one year of the observation group was significantly fewer than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Serum IL-4 and IFN- γ before treatment of two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, IL-4 was significantly reduced while IFN- γ was significantly increased （P 〈 0.01）. And after treatment, serum IL-4 of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group while IFN- γ was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Pidotimod in treatment of children with chronic tonsillitis can improve curative effect and reduce the recurrence times. In addition, it can effectively improve immune function of children and promote disease recovery.
