高强度聚焦超声在子宫黏膜下肌瘤治疗中的临床效果分析

Analysis on the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of patients with subumcosal myoma of uterus

目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2016年2月期间本院诊治的160例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组每组各80例,对照组进行药物治疗,观察组采用HIFU治疗。然后统计与比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的肌瘤体积、血红蛋白水平、严重程度评分及生存质量评分。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的肌瘤体积小于对照组,血红蛋白水平高于对照组,严重程度评分低于对照组,生存质量评分好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HIFU在子宫黏膜下肌瘤中的疗效较好,对于患者各方面的状态也有更好的影响,因此在子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者中具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high intensity focused uhrasound（HIFU） in the treatment of patients with subumcosal myoma of uterus. Methods 160 patients with subumcosal myoma of uterus in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 80 cases in each group,the control group were treated with drug,the observation group were treated with HIFU.Then the clinical effect,myoma volume,hemoglobin levels,severity score and life quality score before and after the treatment of two groups were statisticed and compared. Results The clinical effective rates of observation group were higher than those of control group,the myoma volume after the treatment were smaller than that of control group,the hemoglobin levels were higher than those of control group,the severity score were lower than those of control group,the life quality score were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of patients with subumcosal myoma of uterus are better,and it has better influence for the items of patients,so it has higher clinical application value in the patients with subumcosal myoma of uterus.
