椎管内麻醉患者围手术期舒适护理

Effect analysis of comfortable nursing during perioperative period of patients undergoing spinal anesthesia

目的观察椎管内麻醉患者围手术期舒适护理的干预效果。方法选取我院2015年3月~2016年12月实施椎管内麻醉手术的患者75例,随机分为观察组38例及对照组37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用围手术期舒适护理,观察两组患者的术中血压及心率的变化情况,疼痛程度,护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的心率改变、收缩压、舒张压等波动幅度明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的SAS、SDS及VAS评分明显低于对照组,与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意率为92.11%,明显高于对照组的81.08%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为10.52%,明显低于对照组的29.73%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对椎管内麻醉患者实施围手术期舒适护理,患者疼痛情况明显减轻,护理满意度提高,减少并发症发生率,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect analysis of comfortable nursing during perioperative period of patients undergoing spinal anesthesia. Methods 75 cases of spinal anesthesia operation in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into 37 cases of the control group and 38 cases of the observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with perioperative comfort care. The changes of blood pressure and heart rate,the degree of pain, the degree of nursing satisfaction and complications were observed in the two groups were all observed. Results The fluctuation rate of heart rate,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in.the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.The scores of SAS, SDS and VAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 92.11%,which was obviously higher than 81.08% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The complication rate of the observation group was 10.52%,which was lower than that of the control group by 29.73%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The perioperative comfort nursing for patients undergoing spinal anesthesia can reduce the pain obviously,improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
