综合护理干预对高血压患者围术期焦虑及应激反应的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on perioperative anxiety and stress response of patients with hypertension

目的探讨综合护理干预对改善高血压患者围术期焦虑及应激反应的影响。方法选择患高血压择期行手术患者120例,随机分成两组,每组60例,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组除常规护外加用综合护理干预措施,记录两组患者手术前后身体应激反应指标(心率、血压、血清皮质醇)、焦虑状态指数(SAS)的变化和护理满意度。结果观察组手术患者干预后的身体应激反应指标(心率、血压、血清皮质醇)及焦虑状态指数(SAS)均明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前采用综合护理干预措施对高血压手术患者能够更好地保证高血压患者围术期的血压、心率稳定,减轻其焦虑状态,有利于提高护理服务质量。

Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving perioperative anxiety and stress response of patients with hypertension. Methods 120 patients with hypertension elective undergoing surgery were divided into two groups,with 60 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention except for routine nursing.Physical stress response indexes （heart rate,blood pressure and serum cortisol）,self-rating anxiety scale score （SAS） and nursing satisfaction before and after operation of two groups were recorded. Results Physical stress response indexes （heart rate, blood pressure and serum cortisol） and self-rating anxiety scale score （SAS） after intervention of patients with operation in the observation group were both significantly lower than those in the control group while nursing satisfaction was significantly better than that of the control group.There was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention before operation for patients with hypertension can better guarantee stability of perioperative blood pressure and heart rate and reduce anxiety,which is helpful to improve quality of nursing service.
