环节式健康教育模式在剖宫产术后腹胀护理中的应用

Application of links-style health education model in nursing of abdominal distension after cesarean section

目的探讨环节式健康教育模式在剖宫产术后腹胀护理的应用效果。方法将2014年1月~2015年12月中于我院行剖宫产分娩的305例产妇作为此次研究对象。根据住院号末尾数奇偶性进行分组,将偶数者纳入对照组共152例,为其提供临床常规医学护理,根据患者的腹胀程度采取相应的护理措施;奇数者153例纳入研究组,在常规护理的基础上实施环节式健康教育模式,观察两组术后腹胀及相关并发症的发生情况,观察两组术后机体功能恢复状况。结果与对照组比较,研究组产妇术后机体各功能恢复时间更短。研究组术后腹胀发生率7.24%及其他相关并发症发生率明显短于对照组;研究组产妇对护理服务工作的满意度评价优于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环节式健康教育在剖宫产术后腹胀护理中的应用效果显著,有效降低术后腹胀及相关并发症发生率,缩短产妇分娩后机体功能恢复时间,提高其满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore effect of application of links-style health education model in nursing of abdominal distension after cesarean section. Methods 305 puerperae undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as research objects.According to parity of mantissa of hospitalization number,they were divided into the observation group and the study group.152 cases with even number were included into the control group while 153 cases with odd number were included into the study group.The control group was given clinically routine medical nursing.They were given corresponding nursing according to degree of abdominal distension.The study group was given links-style health education model at basis of routine nursing.Postoperative abdominal distension,occurrence of related complications and postoperative body function recovery of two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group,time for postoperative body function recovery of the study group was shorter.Incidences of postoperative abdominal distension 7.24% and other related complications of the study group were shorter than those of the control group.Satisfaction evaluation Of nursing service of puerperae in the study group was better than that in the control group.Above differences were significant and they met judging standards of statistics（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of links-style health education model in nursing of abdominal distension after cesarean section has a significant effect.h can effectively reduce incidences of postoperative abdominal distension and other related complications,shorten body function recovery after delivery of puerperae and improve satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
