羟苯磺酸钙联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效

Curative effect of calcium dobesilate combined with laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨羟苯磺酸钙联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2016年10月在我院住院的治疗的Ⅲ~Ⅳ期DR患者75例65眼,所有患者随机分为对照组37例(32眼)和观察组38例(33眼),对照组给予患者激光光凝治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予患者羟苯磺酸钙治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及中心30°内各刺激点光敏感度的算术平均值。观察对比两组患者术前和术后6个月视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积及并发症情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组78.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.036,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中心30°内平均阈值敏感度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论羟苯磺酸钙联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of calcium dobesilate combined with laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy. Methods 75 cases （65 eyes） with stage DR patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October-2016 were selected,all patients were randomly divided into control group of 37 cases （32 eyes） and the observation group of 38 cases （33 eyes）,the control group treated with laser photocoagulation treatment,the observation group in the control group were given patients calcium dobesilate treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the arithmetic mean of light sensitivity at each stimulus point of the 30 groups were observed.The fluorescein leakage area and complications of retinal neovascularization in two groups were compared before and 6 months after operation.were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%,which was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （Z2=5.036,P 〈 0.05）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （78.13%）.The average threshold sensitivity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 30 degrees after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference between the control group before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）.The fluorescein leakage area of retinal neovascularization in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Calcium dobesilate combined with laser photocoagulation is effective in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.It is worthy of clinical application.
