摘要 政府放开食盐价格管制会直接引起食盐价格上升,同时作为大宗商品价格上涨的契机间接吸纳目前相对过剩的货币。根据政府管制理论,并结合现阶段食盐行业与社会发展状况,对研究政府放开食盐价格管制具有现实意义。中、美、日三国食盐运行模式各具特点,比较三国食盐运行模式的差异,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面分析政府放开食盐价格管制后可能带来的一系列影响,并提出相应的应对策略,对于我国具有一定借鉴意义。 Government deregulation of salt prices will directly lead to the rise in salt prices whiles the price of commodities as an opportunity to indirectly absorb the current relatively surplus currency. Based on the theoretical research of government regulation, this paper analyzes the practical significance of government deregulation of salt price in accordance with the theoretical basis and the present situation of salt industry and social development. The salt operation modes of China, United States and Japan have their characteristic. By comparison of three countries from the macro, meso and micro three levels of analysis, it may bring a series of effects by the government liberalized the salt price controls, and it has a reference to China that put forward related corresponding countermeasures.
