细节护理在食管癌手术患者中的应用效果观察

Details of the application of nursing in patients with esophageal cancer surgery effect observation

目的观察细节护理在食管癌手术患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2014年1月—2016年9月收治的食管癌手术患者110例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采取常规外科护理,研究组采取细节护理干预,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组干预前后的不良情绪,并在术后3 d调查患者及其家属的护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组SAS、SDS评分明显降低且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者及其家属的护理满意度分别为96.36%,94.55%,均显著高于对照组的81.82%,78.18%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌手术患者实施细节护理干预,可以显著改善患者的心理状态,提高患者及其家属的护理满意度,对手术顺利进行以及手术效果均能起到良好的促进作用。

Objective To analyze the details of nursing measures in the effectiveness of clinical application in patients with esophageal cancer surgery.Methods Select our hospital from January 2014 - September 2016 lines, 110 cases of patients with esophageal cancer surgery, were randomly divided into research group and the control group, each group of 55 cases, control group routine surgical nursing measures, the team details nursing intervention measures, by the self-assessment lists of anxiety （SAS） and depression self rating scale （SDS） to compare the unhealthy feelings of the two groups before and after the intervention, and 3 d survey after surgery nursing satisfaction of patients and their families. Results After the intervention, the team of SAS, SDS score significantly lower, and lower than the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）;Team nursing satisfaction of patients and their families were 96.36%, 94.55%, were significantly higher than that of control group 81.82%, 78.18%, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implementation details in patients with esophageal cancer surgery nursing intervention measures, can significantly improve the patient＇s mental state, to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families, smooth going on of the surgery and surgical effect can play a good role in promoting.
