Design of Folding Rollers for Roller Offset Printers

本设计针对国产滚筒纸胶印机印刷速度慢,效率低等缺点,通过对胶印机工作原理进行深入研究,对现有产品在折页滚筒、挑纸针、折纸刀等部分结构进行改进设计,提高了胶印速度,降低了噪音及振动。

An in-depth study was made on the workings of roller offset printers, aiming to correct the defects of domestic products like low printing speed and working efficiency. On this basis, the design of some structures including the folding roller, the paper-picking pin and the folder are improved so that printing is accelerated and noise and vibration are also lowered.
