摘要
国民经济的快速发展对基础设施有了更高更多的要求。为适应经济发展的需求,bot模式越来越受到重视。通过对bot模式项目特点和项目风险的分析,探讨工程项目BOT模式风险管理的对策。
With the rapid development of global economy, it is sure that people might have higher requirements for infrastructure construction. In order to adapt to the needs of economic development, the model of BOT in foreign direct investment is getting more and more attention. The paper mainly discusses risk management countermeasures through analyzing the characteristics and project risks involved in Model of BOT in FDI.
