关于义务教育阶段择校问题的思考

Reflections on School-choice in Compulsory Education

随着时代的发展,社会竞争压力的增大,为了不让孩子输在起跑线上,大部分家长都竭尽所能地为孩子提供更好地学习成长条件、创造更好地学习成长空间,加之部分区域学校设置不合理、教育资源的配置跟不上,部分社区无配套学校或教师资源匮乏,导致现阶段义务教育择校现象的产生,本文旨在分析择校现象产生的原因,并就治理择校对策提出了具体的建议。

It is quite clear that with the rapid social development and increasing pressure of competition, most parents try their best to offer better educational conditions and space to their children. However, it is apparent that in cities educational resources are allocated unevenly and some primary schools demonstrate that the excellent teachers are insufficient to provide the best education to pupils. Under such circumstance, school--choice phenomenon is quite common and affects children healthy development. Therefore, the paper put forward some suggestions on how to cope with school--choice phenom- enon and offer fair educational equity to all children.
