摘要
20世纪90年代中期,我国高校建立教学督导体制,并逐渐发展成为各大高校在提高人才培养质量和教学质量管理方面必不可少的手段。但是我国高校的教学督导工作仍停留在起步阶段,不但缺少完善的法律规定,也没有规范的运行机制和职责划分,远远达不到基础教育教学督导的应有水平,也影响了我国建设高等教育强国的进程和道路。文中阐述了高校教学督导的内涵和意义,并分析目前我国高校教学督导中存在的问题,最后针对这些问题提出解决策略。
Teaching supervision has become an indispensable tool for a university in improving talent cultivation quality and teaching quality management ever since it was introduced in the mid-1990 s,yet it can not be compared with the similar mechanism in fundamental education for there is no specific relevant legal regulations nor standardized operating mechanism or duty division. The deficiency has brought certain negative effects upon China's efforts to develop higher education. In the paper,a analysis was made of the problems in university teaching supervision and some relevant solutions were then proposed on the basis of a discussion about the connotations and significance of the mechanism.
