独立学院专业实习管理体制建设探索与研究

Exploration and Research on the Construction of Professional Training Management System in Independent Colleges

专业实习是系统全面提高学生实践能力的重要环节,对实现高校人才培养目标具有重要意义。独立学院由于其办学体制的特殊性,在专业实习管理体制和指导教师质量等方面尚有欠缺,直接影响了实习指导教师在指导过程中的动力,教学实践效果得不到保证。本文结合现状,对专业实习管理体制进行探索与研究,提出了专业实习存在的问题和提高专业实习质量的举措。

Professional training is an important part to improve the practical ability of students on the whole,and it is of great significance to achieve the goal of talent cultivation in universities. Because of its special school system,there are some obvious shortcomings in the professional training management system,the quality of tutors or other aspects in independent colleges,which directly affects the tutors＇ motivation. Consequently,the effects of teaching practice can not be guaranteed. Based on the present situation,this paper explores and studies the management system of professional training,points out some relevant problems of professional training and puts forward some effective measures to improve the quality of professional training.
