新媒体视阈下高校辅导员媒介素养提升路径探析

An Analysis of the Ways to Improve the Media Literacy of College Counselors from the Perspective of New Media

随着信息技术的迅速发展,思想政治教育工作环境不再局限于现实生活中,开始逐步涉入网络环境。辅导员处于高校思想政治教育第一线,立德树人、意识形态工作、职业能力建设都需要高校辅导员提升自身媒介素养。在新媒体视阈下探究高校辅导员媒介素养的提升需要从辅导员自身层面、高校以及社会三个方面来考虑。

With the rapid development of information technology,ideological and political education work environment is no longer confined to real life. And it begins to gradually involved in the network environment. Counselors who are in the first line of the ideological and political education need to enhance their media literacy in order to build themselves,carry on their ideological work and improve professional capacity. Under perspective of the new media,the promotion of media literacy in college counselors needs to be considered from the following three aspects： counselor＇s own level,universities and society.
