基于工作过程系统化的《酒店职业英语》课程的构建

Development of Project Teaching in Hotel English Based on Analysis of Working Process

随着海南省酒店行业的快速发展和国际联号酒店对复合型人才需求的增加,酒店职业英语课程在餐旅类高职教育中起着越来越重要的作用。基于工作过程的课程具有较强的实践性,在提高学生英语能力的同时,也有助于培养学生的职业能力。本文在理解基于工作过程导向的课程观的理论基础上,以培养高职学生的酒店职业英语技能为目标,以三亚市酒店从业者的学习需求为切入点,探索各岗位的工作任务,并以此为基础系统化地解析了酒店行业的岗位英语技能,最后在所研究的基础上进行教学设计,为酒店英语教学和研究提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of hotel industry in Hainan province and the market＇s ever-growing demand for qualified personnel,the teaching reform of hotel English in college must be enforced. Curriculum based on the working process has a strong practicality,it not only improve students＇ language skill,but also help to develop students＇ capacity for work. This essay is trying to explore the standard,procedure and tasks for each hotel position. Furthermore,It systematic analyzes English skills which are essentially needed for those positions and a teaching plan is giving as example and reference for language teaching in hospitality business.
