摘要
目的:了解临床带教护士循证护理行为、态度及技能现状。方法:2015年4-11月,采用一般资料调查表和循证实践行为态度技能问卷对天津市4所三甲医院263名临床带教护士进行问卷调查。结果:263名带教护士EBPQ的得分为(4.76±0.91)分。不同第一学历、职称、现任职务、沟通能力、专业态度对带教护士EBPQ总体得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床带教护士循证护理实践能力亟待改善,护理教育管理者应根据带教护士EBP的影响因素实行个体化、有针对性的措施,提升护理专业内涵并提升医院的核心竞争能力。
Objective: To describe teaching nurses' knowledge' attitudes, practices about evidence based nursing.Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted from April to November 2014.The self-reported questionnaire was used to measure evidence based practice among a convenience sample of 263 teaching nurses working in four hospitals in Tianjin. Results: The total score of evidence based practice(EBP)was 4.76 ±0.91. There were significant difference between EBP scores with difference first degree, professional title, current position,communication ability, professional attitude( P〈0.05). Conclusion : The teaching nurses need improve attitudes and knowledge of evidence-based practice. The hospital management should take measures to enhance the standard of EBP.
