恶性肿瘤患者手术期间家属情感体验的质性研究

A qualitative study on the emotional experience of family members during the operation of malignant tumor patients

目的:探讨与了解恶性肿瘤患者手术期间家属等候手术时的情感体验和心理需求。方法:采取目的抽样方法,选取2015年9月至11月入住某专科肿瘤医院30名恶性肿瘤患者家属,运用现象学研究方法对30名患者家属进行深度访谈,并用现象分析法进行分析。结果:恶性肿瘤患者家属等候手术期间的情感体验可归纳为5个主题:情绪反应、对预后的不确定感、压力感、经济负担重、手术知识需求迫切;结论:恶性肿瘤患者家属等候手术期间,存在一定的心理问题与情感需求,需要临床护理人员给予人文关怀和心理支持,医护人员应及时了解患者家属等候手术期间的心理感受,给予针对性的护理干预措施。

Objective： To explore and understand the emotional experience and psychological needs of family members waiting for surgery during the operation of patients diagnosed with malignant tumor. Methods： I adopt purposive sampling, selecting from September to November 2015, 30 family members of malignant tumor patients admitted to a specialist hospital, using the phenomenological approach to conduct in-depth interviews with the families of these 30 patients, then analyzed the result by phenomenology method. Results： Finally,the emotional experience of the family members can be summarized as 5 themes： emotional reaction; a sense of uncertainty about prognosis;pressure; economic burden; requirements of surgical knowledge.Conclusion： Family members waiting for surgery during the operation of patients with malignant tumor do suffer from psychological problems and emotional needs. They need clinical care to give them deep humanistic care and psychological support. Medical staffs should keep abreast of the psychological experience of the patient ＇s family and give them targeted care interventions.
