隔附子饼灸结合针刺对痛风性肾病的干预研究

Intervention study for gouty nephropathy via Monkshood cake moxibustion combined with acupuncture

目的:对三阴交、阴陵泉穴施行隔附子饼灸,针刺三重穴观察痛风性肾病患者血肌酐量和血尿酸的变化及临床疗效。方法:60例痛风性肾病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用口服别嘌醇,治疗组采用隔附子饼灸三阴交、阴陵泉穴及针刺三重穴,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组临床疗效评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为87%,明显优于对照组的63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔附子饼灸三阴交、阴陵泉结合针刺三重穴对痛风性肾病肌酐、尿酸指标的干预有明显改善,是治疗痛风性肾病较有效的方法。

Objective： To Sanyinjiao,yinlingquan acupoints as monkshood cake moxibustion acupuncture three points,weight changes were observed in patients with gouty nephropathy serum creatinine and uric acid and clinical efficacy. Methods： 60 cases of gouty nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases each. The control group with oral administration of allopurinol,treatment group using aconite cake separated moxibustion Sanyinjiao,yinlingquan acupoints and acupuncture three points,observe clinical curative effect of two groups. Results： Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy scores between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87%,which was obviously better than 63% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Aconite cake separated moxibustion Sanyinjiao,yinlingquan acupuncture combined with three points on gouty nephropathy creatinine and uric acid index intervention has significantly improved,is more effective in treating gouty nephropathy.
