腹针在膝关节骨性关节炎中应用 被引量：11

摘要 目的:探讨腹针在膝关节骨性关节炎中应用。方法:97例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组(47例)和观察组(50例)。两组均给予基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗同时采用腹针治疗,比较两组患者的疗效、疼痛情况及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果:观察组总有效率(88.00%)明显高于对照组(68.09%)(P<0.05),两组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分较治疗前均有所改善,观察组治疗后改善程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹针疗法可有效改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床症状,减轻患者疼痛,促进膝关节功能恢复。
