摘要
虽然艺术生考试(艺考)持续火爆,但近几年艺术类专业招生率不高,艺术人才市场饱和,艺术类毕业生失业问题显著。为求有针对性地解决艺术类高校毕业生择业难题,文章选择三大影响择业行为的因素:择业自我效能感、职业价值观、择业风险偏好进行理性分析,并采取问卷调查研究的方法对辽宁省部分高校即将步入工作岗位的艺术类毕业生进行调研,通过将艺术类毕业生择业取向进行合理分类,从中找到规律与问题所在,最后针对艺术生特点与行业特殊性提出应对择业风险的解决措施。
Art college entrance examination has been attracting a lot of attention, but in recent years the admission rate of art colleges is not very high. Nowadays, the market for art graduates is saturated, and the unemployment of art graduates has become a major problem. In order to solve the problem, this paper first analyzes the three major influence factors of job-hunting act：self-efficiency, professional values and the risk preference in job-hunting; then it conducts a survey among the prospective art graduates in some universities of Liaoning provinces, and concludes the rules and problems by classifying their employment orientations. Finally, as to art students and the characteristics of their profession, the paper puts forward some measures in handling job-hunting risks.
