高温地区大体积混凝土温控及防裂措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取5块2.5m×2.5m×1.3m的大体积混凝土试块分别模拟5种高温地区施工工况,并采用光纤光栅传感器对其温度进行长期监测,获取了不同施工工况下混凝土内部的温度分布规律。试验表明:拌和水加冰、夜间施工、分层施工和调整混凝土配合比影响混凝土温度程度不同,并根据试验结果提出防裂措施。 In this paper, five mass concrete blocks with size of 2.5m×2.5m×1.3m were selected to simulate five working conditions in high temperature area. Fiber bragg grating sensor was used for long-term monitoring of concrete temperature, and the temperature distribution regularities inside the concrete under different working conditions were obtained. The results show that mixing water with ice, constructing in night, changing mix proportion and layered construction can impact the temperature of concrete to varying degrees. In the end, the crack prevention measure was proposed.
