摘要
建立了水产品中多聚磷酸盐的离子色谱测定方法。对萃取温度、提取液p H值以及色谱条件进行优化。结果表明,5种多聚磷酸盐(磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚磷酸盐、三偏磷酸盐及六偏磷酸盐)分别在0.1~100、0.2~50、0.1~60、0.3~40、0.5~100 mg/L质量浓度范围内组分含量与峰面积呈线性相关,相关系数为0.999 2~0.999 8,检出限为0.5~3.0 mg/kg;定量限为2.0~5.0 mg/kg。水产加工制品中5种多聚磷酸盐不同浓度加标水平(50、100、200μg/kg)时,回收率为80.2~100.3%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)小于9%。该方法简便、快速、选择性好、准确度高、重现性好,可作为测定水产加工制品中多聚磷酸盐含量的一种理想方法。
A method for determination of polyphosphates in aquatic products was developed by ion chro- matography. The condition of chromatography and pretreatment temperature and solutions, pH were optimized. The results showed that a good linear relationship can be found between the responsed value and the mass concentration while five polyphosphates (phosphate, pyrophosphate, tripolyphosphate, trimetaphosphate and hexametaphosphate) were in the range of 0.1-100, 0.2-50, 0.1-60, 0.3-40, 0.5-100 mg/L in the standard solu- tion range, and the correlation coefficient was from 0.999 2 to 0.999 8. The detect limits of the five polyphos- phates (phosphate, pyrophosphate, tripolyphosphate, trimetaphosphate and hexametaphosphate) in aquatic prod- ucts in the range of 0.5-3.0 mg/kg while the quantitative limits from2.0 to 5.0 mg/kg , and the average recov- eries of polyphosphates in seafood spiked at the levels of 50, 100, 200 txg/kg from 80.2 to 100.3, while relative standard deviations all less than 9%. With the advantages of simple operation, fast detection speed, good selec- tivity, good accuary and high precision, the method could be used as an ideal method for determination of polyphosphates in aquatic products.
