摘要 出于就业竞争的压力和自身发展的需要,越来越多的社会人士通过在职攻读高等学位的方式来提升自己的专业技术能力。然而在职学位教育的教学时间安排和教学环境支持等方面与全日制学位教育存在着较显著的差异。文章提出依托云计算桌面虚拟化技术和前沿的E-learning工具来构建一个集云存储、课程管理、交流互动、视频演示等功能的在职学位教育网络环境,以期为在职学习者提供一个便于随时随地访问、教学演示、合作学习的资源丰富的互动学习空间。 Nowadays,more and more people are trying to improve their professionalism through obtaining an advanced in-service degree,due to the employment pressure and their own development needs.However,the in-service learning is quite different from the full-time learning in school,and there are significant gaps between them in the terms of teaching schedule and teaching environment support.Herein,we propose to construct a network environment on the basis of the cloud-based desktop visualization technology and the cutting-edge E-learning technology.It can integrates cloud storage,course management,communication interaction,video demonstration and other functions,thus providing a resourcefully interactive learning space with ubiquitous access,teaching demonstration and cooperative learning to the on-the-job learners.
