摘要
"互联网+"时代,需要培养具有创新意识、创造性思维的人才。文章以教育部—乐高"创新人才培养计划"教师培训为抓手,对培训实施的背景、理念、特征等进行了简要述评。文章发现,乐高培训与传统教师培训的差异体现在模块化的课程结构、明确的目标定位、全新的教学方式、以学习者为中心四个方面。文章通过对乐高课堂的剖析,展示了乐高培训在组织管理、教学模式、课程内容、教育评价等方面对我国创新教育的启示。
In the era of Internet,it needs to cultivate talents with innovative consciousness and creative thinking.This paper took the teacher training project of China’s Ministry of Education Lego "innovative talent training plan" as starting point and made a brief review on the background,concept and characteristics of this training project.It was found that the difference between the traditional training and Lego training was mainly reflected in the four aspects of modular curriculum structure,clear goal orientation,new teaching methods and centering on the learner.Through the analysis on the Lego teaching,the reference and enlightenment of Lego training to the domestic innovation education in the aspects of organization management,teaching mode,curriculum content and education evaluation were displayed.
