摘要 针对沟道全部偏置的球笼式等速万向节内部摩擦阻力较大的问题,将球笼式等速万向节的沟道设计为有偏置和无偏置的混合结构,在保持万向节的等速运动和扭矩传递性能的同时,可以极大地减小万向节运转时的内部轴向力,从而降低万向节的内部运动阻力,提高球笼式等速万向节的工作效率。 For larger internal frictional resistance of rzeppa constant velocity university joint with fully offset raceway,the joint is designed as hybrid structure with offset raceway and without offset raceway. While maintaining constant velocity motion and torque transmission performance,the internal axial force of universal joint during operation can be greatly reduced. The internal motion resistance of universal joint is reduced,and the work efficiency is improved.
