摘要 电能替代是用清洁电力替代化石能源的一种终端能源消费方式,船舶岸电技术是实施电能替代的智能电网关键技术之一。文章首先详细介绍了国内外船舶岸电系统技术的应用现状及标准化工作进展,总结分析了船舶岸电技术标准化工作重点和发展趋势。从技术成熟度和应用面出发,对国内外比较成熟、具有广泛适用性的主要标准进行了分析,详细阐述了各标准的范围、架构和技术要求。最后,针对我国船舶岸电技术标准存在的问题,提出了下一步标准化工作建议。 Clean power alternative is a kind of terminal energy consumption mode that uses clean power instead of fossil energy. Shore power supply for vessels (SPSV) is one of the key technologies of smart grid for implementing electric power alternative. Firstly, application status and standardization work of SPSV at home and abroad are introduced in detail, and focus and development trend of standardization work are summarized and analyzed. The main standards that are mature and widely applicable at home and abroad are analyzed, and the scope, architecture and technical requirements of the standards are elaborated from technical maturity and application level. Finally, the next step suggestion for standardization is put forward according to the problems existing SPSV standards in China.
