集群企业国际化成长进程中网络能力与吸收能力的耦合度研究

The Research on the Coupling Degree between the Network Ability and the Absorptive Capacity of the Cluster Enterprises in the Process of the International Growth

在集群企业依托全球价值链实现国际化成长的进程中,它的网络能力与吸收能力系统之间存在着交互耦合关系。本研究在对以往文献进行梳理的基础上构建评价两者耦合度的指标体系,并借鉴灰色关联分析的基本思想,提出测度两者关联度和耦合度的模型,以苏州外向型集群企业为样本进行实证研究,揭示出网络能力和吸收能力的耦合关系及其在集群企业国际化成长进程中路径的不确定性。研究结论表明:集群企业实现国际化成长的关键在于协调网络能力与吸收能力之间的耦合关系,并使之良性互动,同步发展。

During the international growth process of relying on the global value chain,the systems of the network capacity and the absorptive capacity of the cluster enterprises have the interactive coupling relationship. On the basis of this,the evaluation index system of the coupling degree is established on this study. Borrowing the idea of the grey correlations,we put forward the degree of grey incidences model and the coupling degree model,take the export-oriented cluster enterprises of the Suzhou as samples to carry out empirical research,analyze the interactive coupling relationship between the network ability and the absorptive and the uncertainties in the path of the international growth. The conclusions show that the key is to focus on coordinating the coupling relationship between the network capacity and the absorptive capacity,then make theses abilities form positive interaction and synchronous development.
