摘要
为探讨护理专业学位硕士研究生人文关怀品质行之有效的教学培养方法,以湖州师范学院二级62名研究生为例,采用由上海第二军医大学研制的护生人文关怀品质评价量表进行教育前后的问卷调查,运用独立样本的t检验、相关性检验及日志内容分析法对学生进行效果评价,并得出研究结论。
In order to explore the training methods of nursing graduate students humanistic quality effective teaching, based on our research two 62 graduate students as an example, using the developed by Shanghai Second Military Medical University students humanistic care quality evaluation question naire before and after education, analyzed by independent samples t test, correlation test and log content method of evaluation of students, and come to the conclusion of the study.
