摘要
核心素养是素质教育的应有之义,也是当前人才培养的目标所在。基础教育阶段的核心素养,学界已有诸多讨论,但如何让核心素养真正落地,才是问题的关键。基于此,笔者以浙江省H市的一所中学为个案,认为要以所在学校的传统文化为根植点,以学生的生命和成长为立足点,以课程的建设与实施为支撑点。这一策略体系,为核心素养的落地提供了有益借鉴。
The core qualities, which naturally embodied in the quality -oriented education, are the main aims to develop qualified personnel for the society. Though the discussions on the topic are varied and sufficient, the ways and means to operate in the elementary education period, which is the key of the project, still lays unsettled. This article, based on a middle school's practice in H municipality, holds that a feasible plan should contain 3 elements, a school's traditional culture as the deep - rooted basis, the students overall healthy growth as the sole stand, and the curriculum construction as the main supporting resources. Thus this approach may be somehow useful for the core qualities development.
