县域工业经济转型升级的“长兴路径”与启示——以蓄电池产业整治为例

处在新经济坐标方位下,在政府极力推进绿色发展、科学发展的理念下,县域经济的发展面临着追求速度与效益的单项选择。长兴县是浙江省经济发达县,其经济发展之路就是通过整体性治理推进转型升级,通过转型升级推进"生态长兴"建设的生态文明之路。在探索实践中,长兴经济转型升级走出了一条具有长兴特色的实践之路,积累了不少"长兴经验",为各县域经济转型升级探索实践及生态文明建设提供了有益的启示。

Under the new economic coordinate orientation, the county economy faces the individual choice of speed and benefit while the government is pushing forward the green development and scientific development. Changxing County is the economically developed county of Zhejiang province where the road of economic development is to promote the transformation and upgrading through holistic govern- ance, and then it achieves the ecological civilization through transformation and upgrading. In practice, economic transformation and upgrading of Changxin has found a practical way with Changxin＇s charac- teristics, and it has accumulated a lot of experience with Changxin＇s characteristics, which provides beneficial enlightenment for the county＇s economic transformation and upgrading of practice and the con- struction of ecological civilization.
