腋窝双横切口桥状皮瓣法结合6点打包法在腋臭治疗中的应用

Application of Double Transverse Incision Bridge Flap Combined with the Six Point Packaging Fixed Method in the Treatment of Axillary Osmidrosis

目的:探讨腋窝双横切口桥状皮瓣法结合6点打包固定法治疗腋臭的临床应用及疗效。方法:选择2015年8月1日-2016年8月1日笔者科室收治的110例腋臭患者为研究对象,均采用双横切口桥状皮瓣法结合6点打包固定法治疗,对治疗效果进行随访观察。结果:本组110例腋臭患者,均达到一次性临床治愈,术后未发生皮下血肿,皮肤坏死等并发症,所有患者腋部均无明显瘢痕增生。结论:腋窝双横切口桥状皮瓣法结合6点打包法治疗腋臭,手术方法简便,疗效确切,可最大程度地避免皮下血肿及皮瓣坏死等并发症,术后瘢痕隐蔽,患者满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To summarize the clinical application and effect of double transverse incision bridge-shaped flap method combined with 6 point fixation on axillary osmidrosis. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016, 110 cases of osmidrosis patients were treated with double transverse incision bridge skin flap and 6 point packing fixation method in our hospital. Then, follow-up observed the therapeutic effect. Results All 110 patients were cured, with no postoperative subcutaneous hematoma and cutaneous nercrosis. Follow-up 6-12 months, all patients had no obvious scar hypertrophy in the armpits. Conclusion The operation is simple and effective, can avoid the complications of subcutaneous hematoma and flap necrosis to the maximum extent. The scar is concealed and the patient satisfaction is high. It is worth to be popularized in the clinic.
