皮肤牵张闭合器联合负压创面治疗技术修复皮肤软组织缺损

The Application of Skin Stretching System Combined with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in Repairing Skin and Soft Tissue Defect

目的:探讨皮肤牵张闭合器联合负压创面治疗技术在皮肤软组织缺损修复重建中的临床应用价值。方法:选取皮肤软组织缺损患者92例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组46例。治疗组创面清创后采用皮肤牵张闭合器联合负压创面治疗技术处理创面;对照组清创后单纯应用负压创面治疗技术处理。待创面清洁、肉芽组织新鲜后行二期手术植皮封闭创面。结果:治疗组创面平均愈合时间及二期植皮术前创面面积均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤牵张闭合器联合负压创面治疗技术修复皮肤软组织缺损,具有操作简单、效果可靠、创伤小等优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of skin stretching system combined with negative pressure wound therapy in the reconstruction of skin and soft tissue defects. Methods 92 patients with skin and soft tissue defect were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The experimental group treated with skin stretching system combined with negative pressure wound therapy after the wound debridement. The control group treated with negative pressure wound therapy after the wound debridement. Two-stage operation of making skin grafts would be performed when the wound was clean and the granulation was fresh. Results The average healing time and the wound area before two-stage operation of making skin grafts of the experimental group was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Skin stretching system combined with negative pressure wound therapy is an effective means to treat skin and soft tissue defects, which has the advantages of simple method, reliable effect and less trauma.
