小儿斜视矫正术的围手术期护理研究

Perioperative Nursing Care of Strabismus Surgery in Children

目的:探讨对小儿斜视矫正术患者实施全面围手术期护理的临床效果,并总结相应的护理经验。方法:纳入100例小儿斜视矫正术患者进行分组研究,资料收集时间为2015年2月-2017年2月。实施均等分组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全面围手术期护理。观察统计两组术后不同时间的恶心呕吐评分和平均住院时间,调查两组患儿家长的护理满意度,并进行比较。结果:术后12h与术后24h分别对两组患儿实施恶心呕吐评分,可得观察组的评分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05),经护理质量评估,观察组各项指标评分均显著高于对照组,两组在患儿住院时间以及患儿家长护理满意度方面经比较存在组间统计学差异,观察各项指标结果均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:通过对小儿斜视矫正术患者实施全面围手术期护理可以获得理想的效果,有效减少术后不良反应,促进患儿的康复,并有效提高患儿家属的护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative nursing care for pediatric strabismus surgery, and summarize the relevant nursing experience. Methods A total of 100 pediatric strabismus surgery patients were enrolled in the study. The data were collected from February 2015 to February 2017. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive perioperative care. The incidence of nausea and vomitingand average length of stay in two groups were observed and compared, and the satisfaction degree of parents between the two groups was investigated and compared. Results 12 hours after operation and 24 hours after operation, two groups of children were given nausea and vomiting score, the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The nursing quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The average length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score of the family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can get a good effect through the pediatric strabismus comprehensive perioperative nursing to patients, effectively reduce the adverse reaction after operation, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction of the families of the children.
