关于在高校党建中融入社会主义核心价值观的若干思考

Some Thoughts on Integrating Socialist Core Values into the CPC Construction in Colleges and Universities

社会主义核心价值观与高校党建工作既有区别又有联系,在高校党建中融入社会主义核心价值观的内在机理在于:一方面,社会主义核心价值观对高校党建工作具有引领价值,另一方面,中国共产党的倡导和推进是社会主义核心价值观培育与践行的强大动力。尤其重要的是在青年大学生中培育与践行社会主义核心价值观和高校党建工作统一于高校立德树人的生动实践。社会主义核心价值观与高校党建工作的对接端口是社会主义核心价值观三个层面及整体所宣示的价值目标、价值取向、价值准则与高校党建工作的终极目标、根本任务、工作要求具有高度一致性。我们要通过理念转化落实融入、通过工作结合推进融入、通过部门联合强化融入、通过贯通评估促进融入,以实现社会主义核心价值观融入高校党建工作,并通过加强高校党建工作促进社会主义核心价值观培育与践行。

The socialist core values are interrelated with the CPC construction in colleges and uni versities. On the one hand,the former guides the latter,and on the other hand,the latter drives the former. Moreover,both echoes the mission of colleges and universities to cultivate virtues and encourage achievements of young people.The socialist core values,including value proposition,value orientation and value criterion,are first examined and are found to be consistent with the ultimate goal,the fundamental task and the work requirements of CPC construction in colleges and universities. Integration ap proaches are then proposed that we must strengthen the integration of the socialist core values and CPC construction in colleges and universities through changed ideas,coordinated missions,department collaboration,and joint assessment.
