不同细度玻纤针刺复合毡的耐酸性研究

摘要 文章对不同玻纤细度的针刺复合毡进行皂洗和酸处理,再测量其克重、厚度、透气率和拉伸断裂强力,以研究不同玻纤细度的针刺毡的耐酸性,发现不同酸处理条件下玻纤细度较小的针刺毡在厚度和拉伸断裂强力方面变化较小,酸的浓度和加热温度低对针刺毡的克重影响较小,玻纤细度较大的透气率变化较大。 In this paper glass fiber composite needled-punched felts of different fineness were washed with soap and treated by acid,then the mass per unit area,thickness,air permeability and tensile strength were tested for researching acid-resistance of glass fiber composite needled-punched felts.The results shows that needled-punched felts of smaller fineness glass fiber has less change in thickness and tensile strength after different acid treatment conditions,lower concentration of acid and heating temperature has less influence on mass per unit area,and the larger the fineness is,the greater the change of air permeability.
